What you make with the tools: free for commercial use
Everything you generate with the tools on this site (puzzles, worksheets, coloring pages, charts, cards, printouts and downloads, “your output”) is yours to use for any purpose, including commercial use, royalty-free and worldwide. You may print it, share it, use it in class, and include it in products you sell, such as books on Amazon KDP, printables on Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, Gumroad or Shopify, and print-on-demand items. No attribution or credit is required.
Two limits: material by third parties that is listed on the credits page (for example text under CC BY-SA) keeps its own licence, including any credit it asks for; and you may not copy, resell, mirror or repackage the site itself, its code, its generators or its design as a competing tool or service, or use automated tools to copy the site in bulk or to overload it.
No warranty
We test the tools against independently calculated results, but mistakes can happen; check anything important before you rely on it. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Content and licences
The site’s design, text and code are © FlagPlayLab. Third-party material is listed with its licence on the credits page, and that licence applies to it.
Advertising and third-party services
The site may show advertising and may use visit statistics. These are described in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to.
Changes and contact
We may update the site and these terms at any time; the date below the title shows the latest change. Questions: support@flagplaylab.com. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
The FlagPlayLab app
The FlagPlayLab app is available on Google Play for Android; the Apple versions are not yet in the App Store. The app is owned and operated by SKYSEED TECH LLC and distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. On Apple devices the Apple standard licence agreement (EULA) applies together with these terms; on Android, Google Play’s terms apply together with these terms. The free version includes the play designer, library and sharing; FlagPlayLab Pro is sold inside the app as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple or Google charges the payment, a subscription renews at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your store account settings, and refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s refund rules. What you make with the app is yours, including for commercial use. Your data stays on your device (see the privacy policy); keep your own backups of plays you cannot lose.
Web purchases
Anything bought on a SKYSEED TECH LLC website rather than in an app is also covered by the umbrella terms of sale at skyseedllc.com/terms, which name the seller of record and explain payments, renewals and refunds. In-app purchases follow Apple’s or Google’s terms as described above.
